Ranchi. Six people were killed and four injured in a road accident involving a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanker, an autorickshaw and a bike in Jharkhand's Ramgarh district Saturday, police said.

The incident took place in the afternoon near Kuju valley in the district, around 55 km from Ranchi.
According to police, the tanker hit the autorickshaw coming from the opposite direction when its driver tried to avoid hitting people riding the bike.  
 

The bike, autorickshaw and the tanker lost control and collided with each other.
The injured people have been admitted to hospital. The condition of two of them is  serious, police said.
