Bhubaneswar. Rishab Agrawal, 13, who was kidnapped at gunpoint from Orissa's Sambalpur district was rescued in Chhatisgarh Thursday, police said.

"We have rescued him from Raigarh in Chhatisgarh. We have also arrested two in this connection," Superintendent of Police (Sambalpur) Asit Panigrahi said. One criminal, Anil Singh, who is currently in Jharkhand's Simdega jail, was the mastermind behind the kidnapping, the officer said.  
 

Rishab Agrawal was abducted from Poddar Colony of Sambalpur, around 300 km from here, March 18 by five unidentified men.  
 

The abductors had demanded Rs. five crore as ransom from his parents.  
 

"He was abducted a week ago from our home. We are happy to get him," said Kishan Agrawal, Rishab's uncle.
