Vegetable pizza pie
Ingredients: 4 cups all purpose flour, 1-1/3 cups milk, 6tsp.baking powder, 2/3 cup pure vegetable oil, 2tbsp. salt.
Kutti Channa
Ingredients:- 450 gms. Kabuli channa, 1 tsp. garam masala, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1-inch piece ginger, 1 lemon–size ball tamarind, ½ tsp. freshly ground pepper, 1 tsp. red chilli powder, 2 tsp. ground coriander seeds, 2 dry red chillies salt to taste, 2 tsp. ground cummin seeds (roasted), 2 tbsp. ghee
Chole Bhaji
Ingredients:- 250 gms. China (small brown Variety of gram), 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 green chilies, ½ tsp. cumin seed powder, 1 tsp. coriander powder, ½ tsp. gram masala , ½ tsp. red chili powder, ½ cup curd, 1 large potato, ½ tsp. turmeric powder salt to taste, 1 tbsp. ghee, 1 tbsp. oil.
Baked rice
Ingredients: 2eggs yolks, Water as required, 2tbsp. curd, water as required, 2tbsp. butter, 1 cup rice, A little extra butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Onion pullao
Ingredients: 500 gms. rice, 1heated tsp. cumin seeds, 500 gms.button onions, 1heaped tsp. cummin seeds, chopped onion, 2tbsp. chopped onion, 2tbsp. ghee, 2sticks cinnamon, 2 dry red chillies, salt to taste.
Bhathura
250 gms. Refined flour (Maida) ½ tsp. baking powder
1 egg ¼ kg. curd
½ tsp. salt Ghee for frying
