Kabuli channa, 1 tsp. garam masala, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1-inch piece ginger, 1 lemon–size ball tamarind,  ½ tsp. freshly ground pepper, 1 tsp. red chilli powder, 2 tsp. ground coriander seeds,  2 dry red chillies salt to taste, 2 tsp. ground cummin seeds (roasted),  2 tbsp. ghee

Chole Bhaji

 Ingredients:- 250 gms. China (small brown Variety of gram), 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 green chilies, ½ tsp. cumin seed powder, 1 tsp. coriander powder, ½ tsp. gram masala , ½ tsp. red chili powder, ½ cup curd, 1 large potato, ½ tsp. turmeric powder salt to taste, 1 tbsp. ghee, 1 tbsp. oil.
